Returns and Replacement
The terms of withdrawal are extended to and no later than 14 days. You can return the order in the following ways:
- Make a replacement to obtain a voucher of the same amount. To start the procedure, send the object, properly packaged, to our office after having previously contacted our Customer Service.
For any assistance request, please use the service form or go to our office. One of our collaborators will be happy to dedicate himself with the highest priority.
